We want you to love your Scout Elf apparel and accessories as much as Santa does. If your North Pole fashion isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for your holiday apparel.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your pre-paid North Pole shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached for a smooth transition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
